Rocky was born and raised in Vienna, IL. Moved away at age of 13 to Atlanta GA where he worked in commercial construction and owned construction and marine repair business along with grading and transport business. Moved back to Southern IL in 2019 with his wife Kris Wright and also opened Rocky Road Arena Inc.
